This role will work closely with senior leadership, Strategy, Operations, Technology, Product, and cross-functional teams to drive meaningful change and build new pathways for growth.🎯 Key Responsibilities• Identify opportunities to challenge existing business models, processes, products, and operating practices.• Develop and execute transformational initiatives aligned with organizational growth and strategic objectives.• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to identify disruptive opportunities.• Lead innovation, transformation, and change initiatives from concept through implementation.• Develop new business models, operating approaches, products, services, and customer experiences.• Facilitate strategic workshops, innovation sessions, brainstorming activities, and transformation programs.• Work with leadership teams to define transformation priorities, objectives, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer research, and business opportunity assessments.• Challenge conventional assumptions and identify alternative approaches to complex business problems.• Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, prototypes, and proof-of-concept initiatives.• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR, and other functions to implement change.• Support digital transformation, process automation, technology adoption, and organizational modernization initiatives.• Assess transformation risks, dependencies, resource requirements, and potential business impact.• Establish KPIs and performance measures to evaluate transformation and innovation outcomes.• Monitor project progress, remove barriers, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.• Build organizational readiness and support teams through significant changes in processes, systems, and operating models.• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, productivity improvement, revenue growth, and customer experience enhancement.• Research emerging technologies such as AI, automation, cloud platforms, data analytics, and digital solutions.• Present transformation strategies, innovation concepts, and business recommendations to senior leadership.✅ Requirements• Proven experience in business transformation, innovation, strategy, consulting, digital transformation, or a related field.• Strong understanding of organizational change, business strategy, innovation, and transformation methodologies.• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and turn innovative ideas into practical business initiatives.• Strong strategic, analytical, creative, and critical-thinking skills.• Experience leading cross-functional transformation or innovation projects.• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.• Strong understanding of business models, operating models, customer experience, and process optimization.• Experience with Agile, Lean, Design Thinking, Change Management, or Lean Startup methodologies is an advantage.• Strong ability to evaluate emerging technologies and their potential business applications.• Experience developing business cases, transformation roadmaps, strategic plans, and executive presentations.• Ability to manage ambiguity, challenge established thinking, and operate effectively in complex environments.• Strong project management and organizational skills.• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Innovation, Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.• MBA, Prosci, PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or other relevant transformation certifications are an advantage.🌟 What We Offer• Opportunity to lead high-impact transformation and innovation initiatives.• Exposure to disruptive business models, emerging technologies, organizational transformation, and strategic growth.• Opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams.• Career progression into Senior Transformation Lead, Innovation Director, Digital Transformation Director, Strategy Director, Chief Transformation Officer (CTO), Chief Innovation Officer (CIO), or Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) roles.• A forward-thinking, entrepreneurial, and innovation-driven work environment.• Access to leadership mentorship, transformation training, innovation programs, and professional development.• Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and comprehensive benefits package.
