You will help monitor product flow across distribution channels, coordinate with logistics and warehouse partners, maintain accurate records, and support efficient movement of goods from suppliers to final destinations.This part-time, fully remote opportunity offers flexible working hours and exposure to distribution networks, inventory operations, logistics partners, and end-to-end supply chain processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily distribution activities, order allocation, dispatch coordination, and delivery planning.Coordinate with warehouses, distribution centers, carriers, suppliers, retailers, and internal teams.Monitor product movement from suppliers and warehouses through distribution channels to final destinations.Track orders, shipments, delivery schedules, inventory availability, and distribution milestones.Maintain accurate distribution records, inventory information, shipment data, and operational documentation.Assist with stock allocation, replenishment coordination, transfers, and inventory reconciliation.Monitor delivery delays, shortages, damaged goods, incorrect shipments, and other distribution exceptions.Prepare distribution reports, delivery summaries, inventory trackers, and performance updates.Support coordination between procurement, inventory, warehouse, logistics, sales, and fulfillment teams.Identify opportunities to improve distribution efficiency, delivery performance, inventory availability, and operational visibility.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Distribution, Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in distribution, logistics, warehouse operations, inventory, supply chain, or a related function is preferred.Strong understanding of distribution processes, order allocation, inventory movement, warehousing, transportation, and delivery operations.Knowledge of distribution centers, replenishment, stock transfers, route coordination, and fulfillment processes is advantageous.Familiarity with ERP, WMS, TMS, inventory management platforms, spreadsheets, and logistics tracking tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the ability to manage multiple orders and delivery schedules.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder coordination abilities.Ability to identify and resolve distribution discrepancies, delays, and operational issues.Proactive, reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.What We OfferFlexible part-time hours with a fully remote working arrangement.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and distribution responsibilities.Exposure to international distribution networks, warehouses, logistics providers, and supply chain operations.Opportunities to strengthen distribution planning, inventory coordination, logistics, and supply chain skills.Professional development through hands-on involvement in fulfillment and distribution optimization initiatives.A collaborative environment focused on delivery reliability, inventory availability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
