About the RoleThe Distribution Coordinator will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring deliveries are accurate, on time and properly documented.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate pickups and deliveries with drivers and carriersVerify shipments, invoices, orders and Bills of LadingOversee truck loading and sealingCoordinate pick & pack activitiesPrepare invoices and packing slipsUpload and track shipping informationTrack On-Time PerformanceSupport route planning and resolve delivery delaysMonitor inventory and scanning discrepanciesCollect and follow up on PODsMaintain accurate shipping and distribution recordsTrain new staff on distribution proceduresRequirements1–2 years of experience in distribution, logistics, transportation or warehousingExperience coordinating deliveries, carriers and routesPerishable or cold-chain experience is an assetStrong Excel and Outlook skillsExperience with Bills of Lading, invoices, packing slips and PODsStrong organizational and data-entry skillsProfessional EnglishComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentNo license or certification required.
