Role DescriptionDriven by our continuous success and strategic market expansion, Tadawena is growing! We are seeking dynamic District Managers (First Line Managers) to lead our newly established and expanding territories across Egypt.In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading a dedicated team, managing company sales, and driving people development to achieve both revenue and organizational growth objectives within your designated region. Reporting directly to senior sales management, you will translate corporate sales strategies into successful local execution while mentoring your expanding team of Medical Representatives to reach their full potential. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Territory Achievement: Drive the achievement of district sales objectives through systematic budget allocation per Medical Representative and the proper allocation of company resources across your region (people, products, and programs). Field Coaching & Development: Actively develop your team of Medical Representatives through consistent field coaching, tailored counseling sessions, skills improvement, and regular reviews/updates of medical, product, territory, and competitive knowledge. Activity Monitoring & Revision: Plan and organize district activities, implementing a strict monitoring cycle: daily revisions to assure activity execution, weekly revisions to deploy corrective measures, and monthly revisions to evaluate outcomes against objectives. Cross-Functional Communication: Collect vital feedback from the market, customers, business partners, and team members. Communicate insights back to the team and collaborate closely with Marketing, Medical, Training, Higher Managers, and the Business Development team. Decision Making & Performance Management: Own the recruitment process for your growing territory by setting hiring criteria and selecting top candidates. Manage the performance appraisal process during the operating year and conduct year-end evaluations to determine merit increases and promotional eligibility. Strategic Compliance & Relations: Conduct personal visits with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) on your territory's "Hotlist" to secure long-term business and relations. Ensure strict team compliance with company policies, values, procedures, and the Marketing Group's Promotional Strategy Plan (PSP). Job Requirements & QualificationsTarget Areas: Open to qualified candidates across all governorates in Egypt (Please specify your current residential location/governorate when applying). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Science is required. Experience: * Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales within your local region. Previous experience as a Senior Medical Representative (minimum 2 successful years) or an existing First Line/District Manager in the pharmaceutical industry. Core Competencies:Leadership & Orchestration: Strong ability to lead a team, manage resources, and align field execution with corporate strategic objectives and vision. Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional communication, relationship management, and advanced negotiation skills. Analytical Skills: Competent in budgeting, forecasting, market feedback analysis, and performance tracking. Language: Good command of the English language. Military Status: Completed or exempted from military service is mandatory.
