District Manager - Contract Foodservice Location: Atlanta, GA | Dallas, TX | Austin, TX | New Orleans, LA | Minneapolis–Saint Paul, MN75% Travel | No Relocation Offered$130,000 to $150,000 + Bonus & BenefitsWe’re partnered with a leading contract foodservice operator looking for a District Manager to oversee 5–7 locations supporting operations across multiple markets.This is a true people leadership role for a strong multi-unit operator who knows how to develop General Managers, maintain high operational standards, and build strong client relationships.You’ll spend approximately 75% of your work week in the business, working directly with your teams and leaders across the portfolio.What You’ll Be DoingOversee operations across 5–7 airport locationsLead, coach, and develop General Managers and site leadership teamsDrive food safety, compliance, and operational governance across all locationsEnsure proper logs, audits, reporting, and food safety standards are consistently maintainedMonitor financials, labor, KPIs, guest experience, and operational performanceBuild and maintain strong relationships with United Airlines and other key stakeholdersCommunicate confidently with multiple levels of client leadershipIdentify operational challenges and implement solutions across the districtBe highly visible in the operation, spending at least 3 days per week in the fieldTravel approximately 75% across the assigned airport marketsWhat We’re Looking ForMUST have strong multi-unit operations experienceContract foodservice experience strongly preferredProven experience leading and developing General ManagersStrong food safety and compliance background - audits, governance, documentation, and standardsPolished and professional with strong client-facing skillsComfortable communicating with multiple senior stakeholdersStrong operational and financial understandingMust be comfortable with 75% travelLocationAtlanta is preferred, but candidates based in one of the following markets will be considered:Atlanta | Dallas | Austin | New Orleans | Minneapolis–Saint PaulNo relocation assistance is available.We’re looking to move quickly and ideally have this person in place within 30 days.
