Team members are expected to deliver urgent, detail-oriented service that enhances resident satisfaction and supports property management goals.Role Description The District Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, responsible for overseeing operations across multiple residential communities in the assigned district. This role includes managing and scheduling site supervisors and valet teams, ensuring consistent adherence to service standards, safety protocols, and client requirements. The District Manager will conduct property visits, inspect service quality, address resident and client concerns, and collaborate with property management to optimize service performance. Day-to-day responsibilities involve monitoring staffing levels, coordinating training, managing route efficiency, and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues. The role also includes basic budgeting and reporting, performance reviews, and contributing to process improvements that support growth and customer satisfaction.QualificationsOperations and leadership skills, including team supervision, scheduling, and performance management for multi-site service teams.Customer service and relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with property managers, residents, and internal stakeholders.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple properties, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address service issues, safety concerns, and staffing challenges in a practical, timely manner.Basic business and administrative skills, such as budgeting awareness, reporting, and use of standard office and scheduling software.Ability to work on-site in Dallas, TX, including frequent travel between properties within the district.Prior experience in field operations, facilities, logistics, property services, or related industries is preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or military/service background is a plus.Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
