More information is available at www.aprimanagement.com.Role Description The District Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Southern NH, overseeing multiple restaurant locations within the assigned district. The District Manager is responsible for leading and developing store management teams, ensuring operational excellence, and driving sales and profitability. Daily responsibilities include monitoring restaurant performance metrics, coaching managers on staffing, training, and guest service, and verifying adherence to food safety, quality, and brand standards. The role includes scheduling regular site visits, conducting performance reviews, implementing company initiatives, and collaborating with corporate partners to execute marketing and promotional activities. The District Manager also manages budgeting, inventory oversight, and cost controls while fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.Qualifications Demonstrated multi-unit or high-volume restaurant management experience, including team leadership and performance management.Strong operational skills in areas such as scheduling, inventory control, food safety, and adherence to brand standards.Proven ability to analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and execute plans to improve sales and profitability.Effective communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships.Capability to work on-site across multiple locations, with reliable transportation and flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.Experience implementing training programs and promoting an inclusive, high-performance culture.Prior experience with national or regional franchise restaurant concepts is preferred.Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is beneficial, or equivalent relevant experience.
