The role combines hands-on field coaching, dermatologist engagement, and territory management to achieve district targets and build sustained demand for REDERMA’s skin and hair care portfolio.Title: District ManagerJob Type: Full-Time, Field-BasedReporting to: National Medical Sales Manager

Location: Cairo & Giza, EgyptKey ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop medical representatives through regular joint field visits, feedback, and performance reviews.Set district and territory plans based on doctor potential, coverage gaps, and business opportunities.Build productive relationships with dermatologists and ensure the team delivers accurate, credible product discussions.Monitor doctor coverage, visit quality, team productivity, and business results.

Address performance gaps with clear action plans.Expand productive coverage across Cairo and Giza, including underdeveloped territories.Work with Medical Marketing on training and field insights, and with the commercial sales team on product availability and pharmacy execution.Maintain accurate field reports, territory plans, and performance forecastsRequirementsA medical or life sciences background is required. Graduates of Pharmacy, Science, or Veterinary Medicine are preferred.At least two years of experience as a District Manager leading a medical sales team.Strong, proven experience in dermatology and dermatologist engagement.A demonstrated record of achieving targets through team leadership, coaching, and territory management.Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills.Ability to work extensively in the field across Cairo and Giza.Preferred: Prior management of Cairo and Giza territories and access to a personal car.How to ApplyPlease send your CV to Nada Shendy at nada.shendy@rederma.com with the subject line “Medical Sales District Manager – Cairo & Giza.”
