District Sales Manager

District Manager – Delta 1We are hiring an experienced District Manager to lead our medical sales team across Delta 1, covering Ortho & Pedia line.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, or Science.Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.Experience as a Senior Medical Representative, Supervisor, or District Manager.Strong leadership and team management skills.Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and Delta territory.Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.Valid driving license is required.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the medical sales team to achieve assigned targets.Monitor team performance and provide coaching and field support.Implement sales and marketing strategies across the assigned territory.Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.Monitor market trends, competitors, and sales performance.Identify business opportunities and support the team in achieving growth objectives.Position: District ManagerTerritory: Delta 1
