SATO PHARMA is seeking a qualified District Sales Manager to lead the Pedia sales team across Delta 2.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the district sales team.Achieve monthly sales targets by area and product.Conduct field coaching and performance follow-up.Ensure effective territory coverage and CRM discipline.Support team recruitment, development, and execution of company strategy.Monitor market performance and competitors.RequirementsPharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Science graduate.Pharmaceutical sales experience with proven team-management exposure.Strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills.CRM and sales reporting experience.Pedia experience is preferred.Resident of Dakahlia, preferably Mansoura.Owns a car and holds a valid driving licence.Good command of English.
