District Sales Manager

District Manager – North-UEWe are looking for an experienced District Manager to join our team across North-UE.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, or Science.Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.Experience as a Senior Medical Representative, Medical Sales Supervisor, or District Manager.Strong leadership and team management skills.Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and Delta territory.Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.Valid driving license is required.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and develop the medical sales team to achieve business objectives.Monitor team performance and provide coaching and field support.Implement company strategies and promotional plans across the assigned territory.Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key customers.Monitor market trends and competitors and identify business opportunities.Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports.Position: District ManagerTerritory: North-UELines: Ortho Employment Type: Full-time
