District Sales Manager – Pediatrics / Allergy & EpinephrineWe are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team supporting a product within the pediatric allergy and epinephrine/anaphylaxis market.The ideal candidate is a proven people leader with strong experience in pediatrics, allergy/immunology, and epinephrine products who can effectively coach field sales representatives and drive sales performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of sales representativesDrive sales strategy and execution across assigned territoriesConduct field rides, performance coaching, and representative developmentBuild and maintain relationships with pediatricians, allergists, and other healthcare professionalsSupport product education related to allergy, anaphylaxis, and epinephrine treatmentAnalyze territory performance and identify opportunities for growthMaintain accountability for team activity and performance goalsEnsure compliance with all applicable promotional and regulatory standardsRequired QualificationsMinimum 2 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales management experienceDirect experience within pediatrics and allergy/immunologyProven experience coaching and developing sales representativesStrong leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to drive sales performanceAbility to travel within the assigned region as requiredPreferred QualificationsEstablished relationships with pediatricians and/or allergistsExperience launching or growing an epinephrine or allergy productPharmaceutical sales leadership experienceBachelor’s degreeCompensationBase salary + BonusCar Allowance + Gas CardPTO and Company Holidays401KMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceWe are looking for a strong leader who understands the pediatric allergy market and has the experience needed to successfully develop a team and drive product growth.
