• Team Leadership: Leads, coaches, and develops a team of medical representatives to maximize their field performance.
• Sales Execution: Drives regional business growth by consistently meeting or exceeding district sales and market share targets.
• KOL Management: Cultivates strong strategic relationships with key physicians, hospital directors, and major pharmacies in the territory.
• Strategic Compliance: Implements company marketing strategies.Area : Behira - Gharbia - Kafr Elshikh

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare-related field, with proven ability to manage a territory or district effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, on Science , advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, including coaching, performance monitoring, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to develop and execute targeted action plans.
• Solid organizational and time management skills, with capacity to prioritize tasks in a hybrid work setting and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of compliance, ethical standards, and regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in common office and CRM software tools, and comfort with digital communication platforms.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
