Division Manager (Restoration Services)

We’re looking for a Restoration Services Division Manager in the property damage restoration industry in Surrey, BC. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced restoration professional with an established local book of business and strong relationships within the insurance, property management, and commercial sectors.Our client is an established leader in property damage restoration, providing 24/7 emergency response and comprehensive services across water, fire, smoke, mold, and reconstruction. The Division Manager will be responsible for business development, operational leadership, team growth, financial performance, and customer relationships across Surrey and the broader Lower Mainland.Division Manager responsibilities:Build on established industry relationships and a strong professional network to identify new project opportunities and support continued revenue growthDevelop new business and expand relationships with insurance adjusters, carriers, brokers, property managers, and commercial clientsLead restoration operations, including emergency response, mitigation, drying, cleaning, reconstruction, and project closeoutBuild, coach, and develop a high-performing team of project managers, estimators, and restoration techniciansOversee service-line revenue, profitability, forecasting, cost control, estimating, and job costingMonitor operational performance, customer satisfaction, project timelines, and overall service qualityEnsure compliance with IICRC standards, WorkSafeBC requirements, and applicable health and safety regulationsThe successful candidate has:5–7+ years of progressive experience in property damage restoration or a closely related industry, including 3+ years in a leadership or senior project management roleEstablished relationships and a strong professional network within the Lower Mainland/Metro Vancouver insurance restoration marketBusiness Development experience and builder mindsetHands-on knowledge of water mitigation, fire/smoke restoration, mold remediation, and reconstructionExcellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsIICRC certifications such as WRT plus an additional relevant certification; proficiency with Xactimate/XactAnalysis is preferredValid BC Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driving recordCompensation and benefits:The discussed base salary range is $110,000 - $125,000, plus uncapped commissions. Anticipated OTE is $150,000.
