Divisional Financial Controller

Urgent role | Divisional Financial Controller | SevenoaksWe are supporting a highly successful PE-backed Group based in Sevenoaks, Kent to hire a Divisional Financial Controller to look after two £10mil t/o sites. This is a highly visible role within the Group, who are entering into another exciting phase of growth through acquisition. You will take ownership of cash flow, budget preparation, month-end and building forecasting that goes beyond a simple projection.This is a role for someone who wants genuine ownership of controls, not just oversight of a process. You will need to be commercially minded and comfortable in a fast-moving environment. You will have genuine scope to make your mark – reporting into a Finance Director who is genuinely invested in your development and keen to give you the space to shape the function your way, with a clear path to progress as the Group continues to grow.Key Duties:Lead and oversee all accounting, management reporting, and financial control activities for two sites.Ensure accurate and timely month-end results, variance analysis, and commentary for consolidation.Maintain a robust financial control environment, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.Deliver high-quality balance sheet reconciliations and oversee working capital and cashflow performance.Partner with the central finance team to harmonise processes, policies, and systems across regional businesses.

Key Requirements
