Apply & track with Apply EdgeEngagement details:Job Title: Divisional Parts Manager – Machinery DivisionClient: Prominent business conglomerateEmployment type: PermanentLocation: Onsite in Dammam, KSAExperience level: 10+ yearsRole Overview:Our client, a prominent business conglomerate in Dammam, KSA, is seeking an experienced Divisional Parts Manager – Machinery Division who will be responsible for growing parts market share (parts exploration %) for represented OEMs, while ensuring high parts availability, disciplined inventory governance, and sustainable profitability.The role owns the Parts divisional P&L and defines the parts growth, availability, procurement, and inventory management model required to support service uptime and aftermarket value creation.Key Responsibilities:Parts Market Share & AvailabilityGrow parts exploration % across the installed baseEnsure high availability to customers and internal Service operationsBalance availability targets with working-capital disciplineParts P&L & Inventory GovernanceFull accountability for Parts divisional P&LControl inventory investment, ageing, and provisioning riskLead structured inventory reviews and mitigation initiativesProcurement & Systems GovernanceOwn parts procurement logic and ERP configuration standardsGovern purchasing rules and demand-led ordering disciplineProvide functional leadership to Inventory Control & PlanningFinancial & AR DisciplineEnsure parts sales support strong billing and AR compliancePrevent revenue leakage and margin distortionCompliance, ISO & AuditFunctional owner for Parts compliance under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001Own closure of Parts-related audit findingsSkills, Competencies & AttributesStrong parts and supply-chain expertiseDeep understanding of inventory economics and OEM aftermarket modelsHighly disciplined and detail-orientedStrong financial and systems literacyKey Skills and Qualifications:10 years’ experience in parts leadership within machinery or capital equipment industriesProven Parts P&L and inventory governance accountabilityStrong ERP , procurement experience and financial systems competence essentialSupply chain, engineering, or business degree requiredDemonstrated success in Increasing parts exploration % ,supporting service uptime and reducing ageing and obsolete stock.Experience in ISO-certified and highly audited environment
