Location: Riyadh, KSAExperience : 7+ yearsKey ResponsibilitiesAct as the single point of accountability for DLP service delivery, work allocation and quality review.Lead critical DLP incident handling and escalation.Lead DLP policy governance, exception management, upgrades, expansion and capacity planning.Ensure endpoint-agent compliance, scheduled scans, policy tuning and periodic rule-effectiveness reviews.Monitor SLA adherence, identify recurring issues and propose process or technical improvements.Oversee reporting, SOPs, knowledge articles, issue registers, training and audit support.Supervise and mentor the DLP Consultants and coordinate with Bank stakeholders.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree with expert knowledge of information security domains.7-10 years of experience with substantial hands-on DLP administration and operations experience.Experience leading DLP teams, policy governance and DLP infrastructure upgrade or expansion.CISA, CISSP, CISM or another relevant security certification is preferred.Banking or regulated-industry experience is preferred.Required SkillsAdvanced hands-on expertise in Symantec DLP and enterprise DLP controls across endpoint, email, network and data-at-rest.Strong project management, team leadership, governance and stakeholder-management capability.Familiarity with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 1 and SOC 2 is preferred.Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.Clear written and verbal communication, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to comply with customer security, confidentiality, access-management and change-management requirements.
