Collaborate with passionate experts, tackle exciting challenges, and help define the next generation of online sports betting and gaming.Purpose of the role:As a DMLRO, you will support the MLRO in ensuring the business meets all AML, CFT and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in investigating suspicious activity, maintaining effective controls and supporting the overall compliance framework, while acting as deputy to the MLRO when required.

Key Responsibilities

Reviewing and investigating internal suspicious activity reports and supporting decisions on external reporting.Preparing and submitting high‑quality SARs to the relevant authorities in a timely manner.Acting as a key point of contact for AML-related queries and internal escalations.Supporting the monitoring and investigation of transaction alerts, source of funds checks and unusual activity.Overseeing sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening, including reviewing potential matches.Maintaining accurate records of investigations, decisions and supporting documentation.Supporting the development and ongoing improvement of AML, CFT and CPF policies, procedures and risk frameworks.Providing guidance on customer due diligence (CDD/EDD), including higher‑risk cases and complex reviews.Supporting regulatory audits, reporting requirements and engagement with external bodies.Deputising for the MLRO when required and supporting wider compliance initiatives across the business.Overseeing AML monitoring and conducting quality assurance reviews while testing the effectiveness of controls. Identifying weaknesses, recommending improvements, and supporting both internal and external audit processes.Delivering AML/CFT training to staff across the organisation while supporting the development of risk-based training materials. Promoting a strong compliance culture and representing Mayfly Entertainment at relevant seminars and conferences.Skills & Experience:Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations within a regulated environment (Isle of Man experience preferred).Previous experience as DMLRO, MLRO or in a senior AML/compliance role.Proven experience handling SARs, investigations and regulatory reporting.Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail.Excellent written communication skills, particularly for reporting and documentation.Ability to work independently and make sound, risk‑based decisions.Experience within eGaming or financial services is highly beneficial.Professional qualifications such as ACAMS, ICA or similar are an advantage.How we hire: Our interviews are a two-way process, and we want you to have the time and opportunity to get to know us, as much as we are getting to know you!
