With a global presence and a strong network of IT professionals, we provide a collaborative environment where technical expertise, innovation, and operational excellence make a measurable impact.We are looking for experienced IT professionals who can contribute to critical enterprise infrastructure environments and deliver reliable, secure, and high-quality technology services.Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and technically strong DNS Team Lead to lead the administration, support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (DDI) services.The successful candidate will provide technical leadership for large-scale enterprise DNS environments, ensuring high availability, security, performance, and operational stability.This role requires strong hands-on experience with Infoblox DDI, Microsoft DNS, Active Directory-integrated DNS, DNS security technologies, and enterprise IPAM. Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments, including Azure DNS and AWS Route 53, is highly desirable.The DNS Team Lead will be responsible for complex DNS operations, zone management, delegation, troubleshooting, security, incident resolution, and technical coordination with network, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDNS & DDI AdministrationLead the administration and operational support of enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) environments.Provide technical leadership for enterprise DNS services and infrastructure activities.Manage DNS architecture, zones, records, delegations, forwarders, and related configurations.Administer and support Microsoft DNS and Active Directory-integrated DNS.Provide technical support for Infoblox DDI environments.Manage DNS and DHCP changes, maintenance activities, and service improvements.Ensure DNS and DHCP services remain reliable, secure, and highly available.Collaborate with network, infrastructure, cloud, and security teams on DNS-related activities.DNS SecurityImplement and support DNS security technologies, including DNSSEC and Response Policy Zones (RPZ).Monitor and investigate DNS-related security events and potential threats.Support DNS threat mitigation and secure DNS architecture.Troubleshoot security-related DNS incidents, vulnerabilities, and configuration issues.Ensure DNS services comply with organisational security and operational standards.Cloud & Network ServicesSupport DNS services across hybrid and cloud environments.Administer and support cloud DNS platforms such as Azure DNS and AWS Route 53.Support enterprise IPAM and network service automation.Coordinate DNS changes across on-premises and cloud environments.Work closely with network and infrastructure teams to maintain reliable DNS and DHCP services.Contribute to the design and implementation of DNS service improvements.Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Incident ManagementMonitor the health and performance of DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services.Investigate complex DNS, DHCP, and IPAM issues using monitoring, logging, and diagnostic tools.Troubleshoot DNS architecture, zone, delegation, resolution, and protocol-related issues.Lead the resolution of critical production incidents and service interruptions.Coordinate incident escalation and resolution with relevant technical teams and vendors.Perform root-cause analysis and recommend preventative measures.Identify recurring issues and implement improvements to service reliability.Technical LeadershipProvide technical guidance and mentoring to DNS administrators and infrastructure teams.Lead technical activities related to DNS changes, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service improvements.Support technical planning and infrastructure improvement initiatives.Establish and maintain DNS operational standards, procedures, and best practices.Ensure technical configurations and operational records remain accurate and up to date.Act as a technical point of contact for complex DNS-related issues.Documentation & ComplianceMaintain accurate DNS, DHCP, and IPAM documentation.Document DNS architecture, configurations, zone management, and operational procedures.Maintain troubleshooting guides, technical standards, and knowledge-base documentation.Ensure DNS activities follow established change-management and operational procedures.Support technical audits, compliance activities, and infrastructure reviews when required.Essential Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.8+ years of experience working with enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IPAM/DDI environments.Strong hands-on experience with Infoblox DDI.Extensive experience administering enterprise DNS environments.Strong experience with Microsoft DNS, Active Directory-integrated DNS, and DHCP.Strong understanding of DNS protocols, architecture, zone management, and delegation.Experience with DNS security technologies such as DNSSEC and RPZ.Experience supporting DNS in hybrid cloud environments.Working knowledge of Azure DNS and AWS Route 53.Experience with IPAM solutions and network service automation.Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, firewall concepts, and network services.Strong DNS troubleshooting, monitoring, and logging capabilities.Experience supporting business-critical or production infrastructure environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and technical leadership abilities.Technical SkillsThe ideal
