GROOVY is dedicated to creating a relaxing, comfortable environment where clients can safely improve their health, appearance, and self-confidence.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Doctor role based at GROOVY in New Cairo. The Doctor will provide medical oversight for spa and aesthetic procedures, including consultation, assessment, treatment planning, and follow-up care for clients receiving skin-care, wellness, and body treatments. Responsibilities include conducting thorough medical evaluations, ensuring treatment suitability and safety, supervising and, when needed, performing procedures, and maintaining detailed medical records in line with clinical standards. The Doctor will collaborate closely with nurses, therapists, and fitness and nutrition specialists to deliver integrated care, uphold infection control and quality assurance protocols, and support continuous improvement of services. The role also involves educating clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and aftercare to promote informed decisions and long-term wellbeing.Qualifications Valid medical degree (MD or equivalent) and current license to practice medicine, with a preferred specialization in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, or related field.Experience in medical-grade spa, dermatology clinic, cosmetic or aesthetic medicine setting, including familiarity with procedures such as injectables, laser treatments, and non-surgical cosmetic interventions.Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, including taking medical histories, evaluating contraindications, and developing safe, evidence-based treatment plans.Knowledge of infection control, patient safety standards, and clinical documentation practices consistent with hospital or clinic-level care.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for explaining procedures, managing expectations, and building trust with a diverse client base.Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (nurses, therapists, nutritionists, trainers) and contribute to a supportive, client-centered environment.High ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous professional development in aesthetic and wellness medicine.Willingness to work on-site in New Cairo with flexibility in scheduling as required by client appointments and operational needs.
