The team focuses on creating a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere where clients can enhance their well-being and build confidence through personalized care.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Doctor role based at Groovy in New Cairo. The Doctor will oversee and perform medical-grade aesthetic and wellness procedures, including skin-care treatments, derma fillers, and other relevant clinical services within their scope of practice. Daily responsibilities include assessing clients’ medical histories, conducting consultations, developing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring outcomes to ensure safety and effectiveness. The Doctor will collaborate closely with spa therapists, nutrition specialists, and fitness professionals to deliver integrated care, uphold medical protocols, and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical standards. Additional duties include maintaining accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and infection-control guidelines, and providing clear education and guidance to clients about treatments and aftercare.Qualifications Relevant medical degree (e.g., MBBCh or MD) from an accredited institution and valid license to practice medicine in the applicable jurisdiction.Clinical experience in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, or cosmetic procedures, including injectables and laser-based treatments, is strongly preferred.Demonstrated ability to assess patients, develop safe treatment plans, and manage follow-up care in a wellness or medical spa setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain procedures clearly, manage expectations, and build trust with diverse clients.Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and staying current with advances in aesthetic and wellness medicine.High standards of professionalism, ethical conduct, and respect for confidentiality, along with meticulous attention to safety and infection control.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a calm, supportive, and client-centered environment.Flexibility to work full-time on-site in New Cairo, including evenings or weekends as required by clinic and client needs.
