The company is currently undergoing a restructuring and relaunch as we build a stronger foundation for long-term growth.As part of this next phase, we are looking for a Doctor of Medicine (MD) who is interested in joining the company as a physician partner and helping shape its clinical direction.The OpportunityThis is an opportunity for a physician who is interested in healthcare entrepreneurship and wants to play an active role in building a growing healthcare company.The physician partner will work alongside the existing leadership team to help establish the clinical foundation of SOFI Health, develop care standards, and support the company's growth.This is not simply a clinical position. We are looking for someone who wants to have a meaningful role in building the organization from the ground up.What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight
• Support patient evaluations, treatment plans, and care coordination
• Work alongside nurses, caregivers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Provide telehealth and home-based clinical services as appropriate
• Help establish clinical policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Participate in patient and care team discussions
• Help develop clinical services and programs
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources
• Contribute to the company's clinical and strategic growthWho We’re Looking For
• Doctor of Medicine (MD)
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Texas
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty
• Experience in primary care, home-based care, geriatrics, or telemedicine preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Interest in healthcare entrepreneurship
