The organization is committed to clinical excellence, research, continuing medical education, and delivering high-quality care in a respectful, confidential environment.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Doctors at Ankith Multi Speciality Hospital, located in Hyderabad. Doctors will provide evidence-based clinical care in their respective specialties, including outpatient consultations, inpatient management, emergency services, and participation in multidisciplinary rounds. Responsibilities include taking detailed patient histories, performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, formulating treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress. Doctors will collaborate with nursing staff, allied health professionals, and administrative teams to ensure safe, timely, and coordinated care. Additional duties include maintaining accurate medical records, adhering to clinical protocols and regulatory standards, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and supporting patient education and counseling.QualificationsRelevant medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution and completed residency or postgraduate qualification (MD/MS/DNB) in an appropriate specialty such as Gynecology, General Medicine, or related fields.Valid registration with the Medical Council of India or appropriate state medical council, with eligibility to practice in Telangana.Clinical expertise in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of acute and chronic conditions, including experience in emergency and ICU settings.Ability to work effectively with modern diagnostic and therapeutic technologies, including familiarity with electronic medical records and standard hospital information systems.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on empathy, confidentiality, and patient-centered care.Commitment to clinical governance, adherence to evidence-based guidelines, infection control practices, and quality and safety standards.Willingness to participate in continuing medical education, research activities, and case discussions to support ongoing professional development.Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties
