ABOUT THE JOBWe are currently seeking a highly skilled Document Control Manager to join our Project and Construction Management team in Riyadh. This opportunity lies within our Infrastructure Division and requires specific expertise in managing document control processes for large-scale infrastructure projects. As Document Control Manager, you will oversee and manage all related to document control matters for the project.As Document Control Manager, will be responsible for leading and managing all document control activities across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with project procedures, client requirements, and quality standards.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMain descriptions of the job position:Manage and oversee all project document control activities for multiple road infrastructure projects.Lead on all document control matters, ensuring accurate and efficient management of project documentation.Develop and implement document control strategies and procedures to ensure effective document management.Lead and mentor document control staff across the projects.Prepare and present accurate and comprehensive document control reports, document management plans, and issue resolution proposals to upper management and the Client.Identify and resolve document control issues between different project disciplines and stakeholders.Act as the Consultant representative at meetings with the Client, other third parties, and contractors relating to document control matters.Oversee the document control process to ensure accuracy and adherence to the projects requirements.Coordinate with project managers and other discipline managers to track and manage document control issues.Act as a liaison between the consultant project team and the client, handle all document control issues and understand client requirements on this matter.Provide guidance and support to the client on document control matters.Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.Ensure adherence to Quality Control processes, resulting in the delivery of the highest quality work to the client.Responsible for coordinating with other discipline managers in the team to provide direction to the consultant staff and foster a spirit of collaboration throughout the construction supervision services.ABOUT YOUBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Formal qualifications/affiliations to relevant professional bodies.Applicable Experience: over 15 years in project and construction management, particularly in large-scale infrastructure projects.Understanding of construction, design, and engineering principles.Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.Proficiency level of English language. Arabic Language is a plus.Excellent communication skills.Report writing skills, social skills, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, autonomy, flexibility, and technical rigor.Willingness to work in a multinational firm.Specific Software Requirements:Proficiency in Document Management Systems (DMS) such as PMWeb or Aconex.Proficiency in Ms Sharepoint and Windows 365 environment.Experience with version control software and multi-user collaboration tools.Familiarity with electronic signature software for legally binding approvals.Ability to manage audit trails for document history and compliance.Advanced searching capabilities for content, form data, and metadata.
