As a UAE National, you will play a critical role in managing, organizing, and maintaining our company's documentation systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accessibility across all departments. This position requires a professional who can efficiently handle document workflows, maintain version control, and uphold the highest standards of record management.Manage and maintain document control systems, ensuring proper filing, indexing, and retrieval of all organizational documentsImplement and enforce document control procedures and policies in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standardsMonitor document versions and revisions, maintaining accurate records of all changes and updatesCoordinate with various departments to collect, review, and process documents for storage and archivalEnsure compliance with document retention policies and regulatory requirements applicable to the organizationPerform regular audits of document management systems to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actionsMaintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy accessibility and retrievalPrepare and maintain documentation logs, indexes, and tracking reportsCollaborate with team members to streamline document workflows and improve efficiencySupport the implementation and maintenance of document management software and systemsQualificationsUAE Nationals with Family Book onlyProven experience in document control, records management, or related administrative rolesProficiency with document management systems (DMS) and digital filing platformsStrong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detailKnowledge of document control procedures, best practices, and regulatory compliance requirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong analytical skills and ability to identify process improvements
