Proudly Made in Saudi Arabia, its solutions are aligned with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, supporting national growth and development.Role Description The Document Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam, responsible for organizing, maintaining, and safeguarding project and corporate documentation. This role oversees the receipt, review, classification, and distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders, ensuring that the latest versions are properly recorded and accessible. The Document Controller updates and maintains electronic and physical filing systems, tracks document revisions, and ensures compliance with internal standards and client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with project teams to collect and verify documentation, preparing reports and logs, supporting audits, and promoting consistent document control processes across the organization.Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Document Management and Documentation, including organizing, tracking, and updating files and records.Experience handling Project Documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and timely distribution to project stakeholders.Proficiency in Records Management, including maintaining secure, structured archives and supporting retrieval and audit activities.Strong Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and clearly convey document requirements and procedures.Familiarity with document control software or ERP systems and standard office applications (e.g., MS Office).Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a methodical approach to document handling and data entry.Ability to work on-site in Dammam, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field; experience in construction or manufacturing is an advantage.
