In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and controlling all project-related documents, ensuring efficient information flow, and maintaining accurate records throughout the project lifecycle.Establish and maintain a comprehensive document control system for the port projectReceive, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing project documentsEnsure all documents are properly filed, indexed, and easily retrievableCoordinate with project team members to collect, review, and process technical documentsMaintain version control and track document revisionsPrepare and distribute regular document status reportsAssist in the development and implementation of document control proceduresCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely document submissionsPerform quality checks on documents to ensure compliance with project standards and specificationsManage the electronic document management system and train users as neededSupport design review and construction supervision processes by facilitating document access and distributionAssist in the preparation of project closeout documentationQualificationsUniversity DegreeMinimum 3 years of experience in document control, preferably in construction or engineering projectsProficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent organizational and time management skillsExceptional attention to detail and accuracyOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsExperience with project management softwareFamiliarity with CAD software is a plusAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
