This is a full-time onsite position in Dubai, UAE.#Wood #UAE #Dubai #Document ControllerThe roleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Document Controller(Emirati) to join our UAE Business Unit. Our Clients and Projects Designing the future. Transforming the world. This Project aims to take over the existing asset and maximize the production in 2 phases. This is a fast-track project and schedule-oriented Design to enhance the production. The Phase 1 will restore, upgrade, and develop the current plant (CPF1) including: Restoration of initial CPF1 capacity; building a new export pipeline (24”, ~30km); restoration of CPF1 integrity and operability; flaring elimination and released water; development of new flowlines, pads, and electrification network for approximately 30 new wells; debottlenecking of the plant; upgrade of the Safety and Security facilities. Our scope is to provide Engineering, Procurement services and Construction assistance (EPsCa) for the initial development phase of the field in Southern Iraq. Celebrating Long Service provides an opportunity for the business to demonstrate their appreciation of the hard work, dedication and many years’ services of our employees at 5-year service milestones Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:Register and transmit internal, vendor and client documentation for the projectCheck documentation to ensure that formats comply with company and client standardsArchiving Project and Corporate Records, either hardcopy or electronically; and the identification, indexing, transfer, storage, protection, retrieval, retention and disposition of the recordsEnsure all project documentation is imported into document management system and filed accordinglyEnsure all documentation is transmitted to the client as per client requirements and in an expedient mannerArchiving and retrieval of historical documentationAssist and provide assistance to Wood personnel with respect to any document management system queriesQuality check of all Documentation prior to issuing/transmitting to clientResponsible for the handling of requests for new Document numbers/hard copy documentationScanning, printing and copying of project documentationProcess and record accurately all technical documentation in accordance with agreed procedures Ensure that hard copy and electronic record files as required are maintained in good order to comply with QA requirementsRun document control reports (if available and required) from the applied company or project document control systemEnsure document management procedures satisfy project, client and regulatory requirementsIndependently handle all aspects of Project documentation utilizing various document control practices and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)Monitor progress of in-house and Client reviews of technical dataContribute to compilation of final project dossiers, as built portfolios and archivingEstablish a systematic and comprehensive Project Filing SystemProduce exception reports, comment overdue reports and any other reports for Project Management reviewQualificationsWhat makes you remarkable?
