|| Urgent Hiring || Import & Export Manager || Coimbatore Location ||Location: CoimbatoreProfile-: Import & Export ManagerExperience- 5-10 yearsCtc range- 7.2 Lpa (Depends on interview)Working Days – 6 day (9 am-6pm) (2 Saturday fixed off in a month)Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end import and export operations.Ensure compliance with customs regulations, DGFT, GST, FEMA, and other applicable laws.Prepare and verify shipping documents, including:Commercial InvoicePacking ListBill of Lading / Airway BillShipping BillCertificate of OriginInsurance DocumentsLetter of Credit (LC) documentsCoordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agents), shipping lines, airlines, and transporters.Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery.Handle customs clearance and resolve shipment-related issues.Apply for and manage export incentives, licenses, and benefits under government schemes.Track import/export costs and optimize logistics expenses.Maintain import/export records and prepare management reports.Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Sales, and Finance departments.Manage overseas customer and supplier communication regarding shipments.Ensure compliance with Incoterms and international trade regulations.Monitor foreign shipment documentation and payment terms.Support internal and external audits related to import/export activities.Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.Educational QualificationBachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering.Diploma/Certification in Export-Import Management is preferred.Experience5–10 years of experience in Import & Export operations.Experience in a manufacturing industry is preferred.Knowledge of international shipping and customs procedures.Required SkillsImport & Export DocumentationCustoms Clearance ProceduresDGFT & Customs RegulationsGST and FEMA ComplianceIncoterms 2020Letter of Credit (LC) DocumentationFreight & Logistics ManagementVendor & Freight Forwarder ManagementStrong negotiation and communication skillsProblem-solving and analytical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Tally,SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
