The organization is committed to offering tailored logistics solutions that match each customer’s specific needs.Role Description The Documentation Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. In this role, the individual will manage and prepare export-related documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and certificates required for customs and regulatory compliance. The Documentation Executive will maintain accurate records, ensure timely submission of documents to relevant authorities and stakeholders, and coordinate closely with internal teams, freight forwarders, and clients to support smooth cargo movement. Daily responsibilities include updating documentation status, verifying data against shipment details, resolving document discrepancies, and supporting audits or inspections. The role also involves adhering to company policies, industry regulations, and client-specific requirements while contributing to process improvements in document management.Qualifications Strong skills in Export Documentation and Export procedures, with practical experience handling sea and air freight documentation.Proficiency in Documentation and Document Management, including organizing, tracking, and archiving shipment records and certificates.Effective Communication skills to coordinate with clients, internal teams, customs authorities, and logistics partners.Knowledge of customs clearance processes, freight forwarding operations, and certification issuance (e.g., Phyto, COO, Health Certificate) is beneficial.Familiarity with MS Office and logistics or ERP systems for data entry and report generation.Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and capability to work with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, commerce, or a related field preferred.Prior experience in a logistics, freight forwarding, or export-import environment is an advantage.
