The Emirates NBD Group has a total of 853 branches and 4,213 ATMs / SDMs. Emirates NBD is the leading financial services brand in the UAE with a Brand value of USD 3.89 billion.At the bank, we serve our customers and help them realise their financial objectives through a range of banking products and services including retail banking, corporate & institutional banking, Islamic banking, investment banking, private banking, asset management, global markets and treasury, and brokerage operations.The Unit provides credit administration and operational support across business segments (C&IB, BUB, PB, PRB, ENBDS, etc.) by preparing, reviewing, lodging and safekeeping credit and security documents, validating approvals and documentation compliance, supporting limit input and disbursement processes, maintaining records and core systems, and furnishing MIS and control reporting to relevant stakeholders.The role is responsible for end-to-end handling of documentation preparation and lodgment activities for approved credit facilities. This includes preparing facility letters and security documents, verifying existing security and approval terms, reviewing executed documents for completeness and enforceability, identifying deficiencies and associated risks, ensuring conditions precedent are met prior to drawdown where applicable, preparing/generating FRS/EFRS/Booking Sheet, supporting collateral registration and release activities, responding to stakeholder queries, and contributing to MIS, audits, departmental projects assigned by Manager/Senior Manager/UH/HCRAD and ensuring completion within agreed TAT and SLA.Manage the end-to-end preparation, review, verification and lodgment of facility and security documentation for conventional and Islamic credit facilities in line with approved terms and agreed turnaround times.Ensure executed standard and non-standard documents are reviewed for completeness, accuracy, enforceability, signatory authority, capacity and compliance with approval conditions prior to processing or limit release.Coordinate documentation controls including validation of existing securities, pledge registration requirements, charge registration, collateral updates and release-related documentation activities.Prepare and maintain FRS/EFRS, documentation records and system-generated booking sheets from nCino/Credit Edge, ensuring timely circulation to relevant stakeholders.Ensure all documentation activities are performed in accordance with the CRAD operating framework, PFDs, approved credit terms, regulatory requirements, credit policies and applicable Central Bank guidelines.Maintain accurate internal and external MIS, operational records, reports and stakeholder submissions to support governance, monitoring and service delivery requirements.Ensure documentation and related operational activities are performed in full compliance with approved policies, procedures, internal circulars, the CRAD operating framework and applicable regulatory requirements.Identify documentation deficiencies, exceptions, control gaps and associated operational or credit risks, and ensure timely escalation, resolution or mitigation in accordance with governance requirements.Monitor and support timely closure of audit, QA, INA and other control observations, ensuring required actions are addressed within committed timelines.Coordinate with Group Legal and relevant control functions for non-standard, bespoke or complex documentation matters, including legal clarifications and documentation risk assessment.Review pending documentation, exceptions and follow-up items on a daily basis and drive timely closure to support service delivery, limit release readiness and control discipline.Revalidate approval authority, approval conditions, compliance requirements and documentation prerequisites prior to processing, lodgment or release-related action.Ensure documentation activities comply with approved policies, procedures, internal circulars, CRAD framework, and regulatory requirements.Identify documentation deficiencies, exceptions, control gaps, and related risks for timely escalation or resolution.Monitor and close audit, QA, INA, and other control observations within committed timelines.Coordinate with Group Legal and control functions for non-standard, bespoke, or complex documentation matters.Review pending documentation items daily and drive timely closure to support service delivery and limit release readiness.Revalidate approval authority, approval conditions, compliance requirements, and documentation prerequisites before processing.Participate in UAT, project implementation, and process improvement activities.Support automation, productivity, quality, and control enhancement initiatives.Contribute to departmental transformation, reporting improvements, and tracking mechanisms.Build technical and soft skills through internal and external learning programs.Maintain awareness of procedures, products, systems and legal/documentation requirements relevant to the role.Complete all mandatory training within required timelines and apply learning to improve work quality.
