Position: Domestic Worker Trainer / Housemaid Trainer

Location: Dubai, UAESalary: Starting from AED 3,000 , depending on experience and qualifications

Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Domestic Worker Trainer to join our team in Dubai.The successful candidate will be responsible for training domestic workers before placement with clients, ensuring they have the practical skills, knowledge, discipline, and confidence required to perform household and childcare duties professionally.We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience training domestic workers/housemaids and understands the standards and expectations of domestic work in UAE households.

Key Responsibilities The Domestic Worker Trainer will be responsible for: Housekeeping & Cleaning Training- Training domestic workers on proper household cleaning techniques.- Teaching how to clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other household spaces.- Training workers on the correct use of cleaning products and household equipment.- Teaching safe and hygienic cleaning practices.- Training workers on organizing and maintaining a household. Laundry & Ironing - Training workers on proper washing and laundry procedures.- Teaching correct ironing techniques for different types of clothing and fabrics.- Teaching folding, organizing, and storing clothes properly.- Training workers on basic garment-care practices. Childcare & Newborn Care- Training domestic workers on basic childcare and appropriate child supervision.- Teaching proper care routines for babies and young children.- Training workers on feeding, bathing, changing diapers, and maintaining children's hygiene.- Teaching workers how to maintain a safe environment for children.- Providing basic guidance on newborn care and appropriate responses to common childcare situations.- Ensuring workers understand that children must always be supervised appropriately. Basic Cooking & Kitchen Skills- Training workers in basic household cooking and kitchen organization.- Teaching food hygiene and safe food-handling practices.- Training workers on kitchen cleaning and organization.- Providing basic guidance on preparing common household meals where required. Professional & Workplace Training- Teaching domestic workers professional behavior and workplace etiquette.- Explaining employer expectations and household responsibilities.- Training workers on communication and respectful interaction with employers and family members.- Teaching workers how to follow reasonable instructions and manage daily household tasks.- Preparing workers for the expectations of working in UAE households. Candidate Requirements We are looking for candidates who have:- Previous experience as a domestic worker trainer, housemaid trainer, household trainer, nanny trainer, or similar role.- Practical experience with domestic work and household management.- Strong knowledge of cleaning, laundry, ironing, childcare, and general household duties.- Experience training other domestic workers is highly preferred.- Experience with newborn and childcare training is an advantage.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Patience and the ability to teach people from different backgrounds.- A professional, responsible, and positive attitude.- Ability to demonstrate practical tasks and correct mistakes during training.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Must currently reside in the UAE.
