With a clear and professional recruitment process, Jeddah Gate Agency focuses on matching each household with suitable candidates based on specific requirements and preferences.Industry: Domestic Worker Recruitment مكاتب استقدام العماله المنزليه و السائقين للسعوديهAbout the RoleWe are looking for a motivated Domestic Workforce Recruitment Consultant to support our recruitment activities in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.The consultant will be responsible for developing recruitment opportunities, identifying suitable domestic workers, coordinating with recruitment partners and agencies, and supporting the successful placement of qualified candidates with households in Saudi Arabia.Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with recruitment partners in countries such as the Philippines, Kenya, and Ethiopia.- Develop and maintain relationships with domestic worker recruitment agencies and sourcing partners.- Identify and source qualified domestic workers according to client requirements.- Understand household requirements and recommend suitable candidates.- Follow up on candidate profiles, documentation, availability, and recruitment progress.- Build and maintain a reliable recruitment pipeline.- Support the recruitment process from initial sourcing through successful placement.- Maintain accurate records of candidates, partners, leads, and recruitment activities.- Identify new business opportunities and potential recruitment partnerships.Requirements- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, domestic worker recruitment, or manpower sourcing is preferred.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.- Good understanding of the Saudi domestic workforce market is an advantage.- Existing network with recruitment agencies or sourcing partners is highly desirable.- Self-motivated and able to work independently.- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.- Comfortable working with performance targets and KPIs.- English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage.
