The first impression starts with you.Some people open doors.You set the tone for the entire night.We’re looking for a Door Manager to join our team every Thursday, Friday & Saturday evening — someone who knows how to make people feel welcome, keep things moving, and handle whatever the night throws their way.You’ll be the face people meet before they step inside. You’ll read the room, greet guests, manage the flow, work alongside the team, and make sure the experience starts on the right note.WHO ARE YOU?You might already have experience managing a door, working in hospitality, nightlife, events or guest relations.Or maybe you don’t.If you’re naturally confident, lively, switched-on and great with people — with a background in customer service and a personality that walks into a room before you do — we want to hear from you.Experience is a plus.Personality is essential.You should be someone who:Loves interacting with peopleCan make strangers feel welcome within secondsIs confident without being intimidatingKeeps calm when things get busyHas good judgement and knows when to be firmCan handle different personalities with easeBrings energy to the room rather than taking it out of itUnderstands that great hospitality starts before someone even walks through the doorTHE GIGThursday • Friday • Saturday eveningsThree nights a week.A lively environment.A role where no two nights are quite the same.You’ll be responsible for managing the entrance and guest flow, welcoming and engaging with customers, working closely with the wider team, and helping create an atmosphere people want to come back to.This isn't a job for someone who wants to stand quietly in a corner.We want a people person.
