- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in .NET development
- Strong proficiency in C# and experience with both Windows desktop (WinForms/WPF) and web-based development (ASP.NET MVC/Web API)
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design, multi-tier architecture, and modern design patterns
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and writing stored procedures
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations
- Strong debugging, testing, and troubleshooting skills
- Healthcare or enterprise application development experience is a plus
