This is a hybrid creative role for someone who is equally comfortable behind the camera and in the edit—someone with a strong visual eye, excellent technical skills, and the ability to turn creative concepts into polished, high-impact content.The DP / Senior Editor will work closely with our creative, production, and account teams across branded content, social campaigns, live events, athlete/talent shoots, product launches, and other client activations.ResponsibilitiesServe as DP on branded shoots, events, interviews, social content, and larger productions.Own camera, lighting, composition, lens selection, and overall visual execution on set.Collaborate with Creative Directors and Producers to translate concepts, treatments, and shot lists into compelling visuals.Lead edits from raw footage through final delivery, including story development, pacing, sound design, color, graphics integration, and finishing.Create both short-form social content and longer-form branded content across multiple platforms and aspect ratios.Manage and organize footage, project files, proxies, selects, and final deliverables.Provide creative direction and feedback to additional editors, shooters, and freelance production partners when needed.Maintain consistency with client brand guidelines while bringing a strong creative point of view to each project.Work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Stay current on production techniques, editing styles, social trends, camera technology, and post-production workflows.Maintain a high standard of quality from pre-production through final export.QualificationsWe’re looking for someone with 5+ years of professional production and editing experience, ideally within an agency, production company, entertainment, sports, fashion, or branded-content environment.The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio or reel demonstrating both cinematography and editing, advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, strong knowledge of professional cinema-camera systems, lighting, audio, codecs, frame rates, color workflows, and media management, and experience delivering content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid digital media.Experience with After Effects and DaVinci Resolve is strongly preferred.
