DPI Back Office Specialist

📣 #HIRING Tangent International is urgently looking for a DPI Back Office Specialist for a 12-month extendable contract based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, starting ASAP.🖊️ Key Responsibilities:Operate, maintain and troubleshoot dedicated Deep Packet Inspection platformsMonitor DPI KPIs and investigate service or performance degradationPerform root-cause analysis using Wireshark, tcpdump, flow logs and session tracesManage application classification, protocol identification and traffic-policy functionsCoordinate vendor TAC cases, technical escalations and service-recovery activitiesAutomate health checks, configuration management, log analysis and alertingSupport emergency rule bypass, traffic rerouting and graceful platform failover📝 Requirements:Hands-on operational experience with dedicated DPI platforms such as Procera, Sandvine, Huawei DPI, Wirefilter or equivalentStrong understanding of DPI principles and application-detection methodsStrong TCP/IP knowledge with practical Wireshark and tcpdump experienceLinux server administration and network-operations automation experienceGood understanding of mobile network architecture, including 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G and Packet CoreExperience troubleshooting multivendor technology in a live telecom environment‼️ PLEASE NOTE ‼️ Direct operational experience with a dedicated DPI platform is essential. General Packet Core or GGSN experience alone will not meet the requirement.
