Hiring: Draughtsman (Offshore) – Sri LankaWe are hiring a Draughtsman for one of our UAE-based clients.📍 Work Location: Sri Lanka 🌍 Operations Supported: Qatar / Dubai 🏢 Work Setup: The selected candidate will work offshore from the client’s office in Sri Lanka, supporting their Qatar or Dubai operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare technical drawings based on project specifications and inputs.Coordinate with architects and engineers to gather design and structural requirements.Prepare diagrams, layouts, maps, and detailed drawings.Calculate dimensions, material requirements, and weight limitations.Review sketches with the engineering team and make required modifications.Identify design or operational issues and revise drawings to improve functionality.Ensure drawings comply with required quality standards and regulations.Maintain and organize all drawings and design documents. RequirementsDiploma in Drafting & Designing or relevant Technical Certificate.3–5 years of experience as a Draughtsman.Experience in UAE/GCC projects is preferred.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Enscape, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, and ProD.Experience in Fit-out / Facilities projects is preferred.
