Join a dynamic team committed to technical excellence, site safety, and exceptional customer service.Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Drafter to join our technical team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing precise 2D/3D technical drawings and layout plans for façade access and lifting systems in accordance with engineering inputs, project specifications, and local safety standards.You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to translate complex site requirements into clear, workable shop drawings and support tender submissions.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Drafting: Prepare, revise, and update accurate 2D/3D technical drawings, shop drawings, and installation layouts for façade access and lifting equipment.Drawing Interpretation: Analyze structural, architectural, and mechanical engineering drawings to create accurate designs and dimensioning.Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate daily with engineers, project managers, and on-site operational teams to ensure design feasibility and safety compliance.Documentation & Version Control: Organize, manage, and track drawing revisions and project records across multiple active projects.Tender & Proposal Support: Deliver high-quality technical illustrations and layouts to support bid submissions and client proposals.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required for effective technical documentation and team communication.Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CAD drafting tools and 2D/3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).Industry Experience: Proven experience as a Drafter within construction, industrial, or building services projects. Prior experience in the Middle East region is highly preferred.Technical Knowledge: Strong ability to read and interpret complex architectural and structural blueprints.
