Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural, structural and construction drawings
- Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings and technical details based on project requirements
- Review design drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and coordination
- Revise drawings based on consultant/client comments and site requirements
- Coordinate with Engineers, Architects, Technical and Site teams
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards and approved designs
- Maintain proper drawing registers, revisions and documentation
- Support the technical team with drawing modifications and site-related requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Draftsman within the UAE construction industry
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings
- Good understanding of architectural, structural and construction drawings
- Knowledge of Revit/BIM will be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within project deadlines
