Our approach combines creativity, functionality, and sophistication to create spaces that are both distinctive and enduring.About the RoleThis role focuses on preparing detailed shop drawings, supporting design development, and coordinating MEP requirements with interior designers and consultants.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed shop drawings for interior fit-out and technical productsDevelop shop drawings for custom-made and built-in interior products, including joinery, millwork, and fixed furnitureSupport design development from concept through to construction-ready drawingsCoordinate MEP requirements with interior designers and consultantsMaintain technical documentation and drawing revisionsRead and interpret product specifications, catalogs, and supplier price listsPrepare technical quotations and BOQsCoordinate with suppliers and the design team on pricing and technical requirementsRequirementsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or ArchitectureMinimum 5 years of experience developing shop drawings, ideally within the interior fit-out industryPrevious fit-out and joinery experience is requiredStrong proficiency in AutoCADRevit and/or SketchUp is an advantageGood understanding of MEP systems and their integration with interior and architectural designStrong coordination, communication, and organizational skillsGood command of spoken and written EnglishCandidates must currently be based in the United Arab Emirates
