Draftsman (AutoCAD & Revit)

About the Role

K4 Group is looking for an experienced Interior Fit-Out Drafter with strong AutoCAD and Revit experience to join our technical/design team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably within the UAE/Dubai market.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for interior fit-out projects using AutoCAD and Revit.Develop detailed shop drawings, construction drawings, and technical details based on design requirements.Coordinate drawings with the Design, Project, and Site teams.Prepare layouts, elevations, sections, details, and joinery drawings.Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, UAE standards, and relevant authority requirements.Review drawings and incorporate comments and revisions accurately.Coordinate architectural, interior, MEP, and other relevant drawings to identify and resolve clashes.Maintain proper drawing standards, revisions, and documentation.Support the project team with technical drawings throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct site visits when required to verify dimensions and existing conditions.Requirements5–6 years of total experience in drafting/design, preferably within the interior fit-out industry.Minimum 5 years of AutoCAD experience.Minimum 3 years of Revit experience.Around 3 years of UAE/Dubai experience in interior fit-out projects.B.Arch or relevant Architecture/Interior Design qualification preferred.Strong knowledge of interior fit-out drawings, detailing, and construction documentation.Experience with shop drawings and technical drawings is essential.Good understanding of materials, joinery, finishes, and construction methods.Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good coordination and communication skills.Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple project requirements.Preferred SkillsAutoCADRevitSketchUp and/or other 3D softwareKnowledge of UAE/Dubai fit-out practices and standardsExperience working with consultants, contractors, and project teamsCandidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will be a technically strong drafter with solid AutoCAD and Revit expertise, UAE interior fit-out experience, and the ability to independently prepare accurate construction and shop drawings.
