The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Civil and/or MEP drafting works and be capable of preparing accurate technical drawings in accordance with project requirements.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed Civil, Architectural and/or MEP drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop shop drawings, layout drawings, sections, elevations and details as required.
- Review drawings and coordinate with engineers, project teams and other disciplines.
- Make revisions based on engineering and client comments.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards and approved designs.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions.
- Coordinate drawings to identify and resolve clashes and technical discrepancies.Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Civil/MEP drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project specifications.
- Knowledge of Civil, Architectural and/or MEP drawings.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.Candidates with experience in construction, steel fabrication, gates, architectural metalwork or related industries will be an advantage.
