Draftsman

Role Description This full-time Draftsman role is an on-site position based in the Riyadh Region. The Draftsman will prepare detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software, based on engineering and architectural specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting sketches and design concepts, developing accurate layouts and sections, and updating drawings as designs evolve or as feedback is received from project stakeholders. The role involves coordinating with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure drawings meet project requirements, local standards, and regulations, as well as organizing and maintaining drawing files and documentation. The Draftsman will support the project team by producing timely, precise drawings and contributing to design reviews and technical discussions.Qualifications Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and technical drawing standards.Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and specifications.Solid understanding of construction methods, building materials, and relevant codes and regulations.Good organizational skills for managing drawing revisions, documentation, and file systems.Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary project teams on-site.Attention to detail and accuracy in dimensions, annotations, and drafting conventions.Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Previous experience as a Draftsman or CAD Technician, preferably in construction, engineering, or architecture.Ability to work full-time on-site in the Riyadh Region and adapt to project schedules and priorities.
