Drama Director

Ltd. is looking for a Drama Director to join our creative team and work on the production of AI-powered dramas, short films, web series, and other storytelling content.We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for drama, filmmaking, storytelling, and directing and is interested in exploring how Artificial Intelligence can transform the way films and dramas are produced.Key Responsibilities· Direct short films, dramas, and other narrative content using AI-assisted production techniques.· Work with scriptwriters to understand scripts, characters, scenes, emotions, and storylines.· Plan scenes, shots, camera angles, character movements, expressions, and visual sequences.· Convert scripts and storyboards into AI-generated visual scenes.· Work with AI tools to create characters, environments, scenes, voices, and video sequences.· Maintain consistency of characters, locations, costumes, and visual style throughout a production.· Collaborate with scriptwriters, AI artists, editors, voice artists, and other creative team members.· Review AI-generated content and provide direction for improvements and revisions.· Assist in developing creative concepts and visual styles for different dramas and short films.· Keep up with new AI video generation and filmmaking technologies. Requirements· At least 1 year of practical experience in directing dramas, short films, films, theatre, web series, or similar productions.· Good understanding of drama direction and visual storytelling.· Knowledge of scene planning, camera angles, shots, character blocking, expressions, pacing, and continuity.· Ability to understand and interpret scripts and translate them into visual scenes.· Good communication and teamwork skills.· Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.· Practical experience with AI tools is essential.· Willingness to experiment with new AI filmmaking technologies and production methods.AI Skills – Essential· Candidates should have practical knowledge of AI tools used for creative content production, particularly AI video and image generation.· Experience with tools such as Veo, Runway, Kling, Sora, Pika, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, Gemini, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms will be an advantage.· Candidates must be comfortable using AI tools as part of the filmmaking and drama production process.Who Should Apply?This position is suitable for:· Junior/Mid-level Drama Directors· Assistant Directors with independent directing experience· Short Film Directors· Theatre/Drama Directors· Film & TV graduates with practical directing experience· Content creators with drama/film directing experience· Creative professionals who have already started experimenting with AI filmmakingYou do not need to be a highly experienced or established Film Director.
