Eram Talent is currently partnering with a leading global Oil & Gas client to identify a highly skilled Drilling Field Compliance Coordinator (Safety & Environment). In this critical field-based role, you will serve as the primary HSE Advisor for assigned operations division and group rigs. You will play a pivotal role in driving safety, loss prevention, environmental protection, and occupational health compliance across drilling and workover operations.Key Responsibilities:HSE Advisory & Oversight: Act as the Operations Division Field HSE Advisor for assigned rigs, overseeing all matters related to safety, loss prevention, environment, occupational health, and compliance.Audits & Inspections: Conduct frequent internal HSE audits and ad-hoc field inspections in accordance with the client's Safety Management System (SMS) and relevant HSE/Operations standards.Action Planning & Reporting: Complete Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for each inspection and develop SMARTER action plans for all audits. Assist engineering, operations, and HSE teams in upkeeping and developing safety processes related to risk management, safety training, asset integrity, and emergency preparedness.Incident Investigation: Lead and/or contribute to comprehensive incident investigations through all stages, ensuring meticulous completion and review of all related reports.Pre-Commencement & Compliance: Conduct internal pre-commencement inspections for new rigs. Support rigs in developing action plans to close out findings identified during official pre-commencement inspections.Audit Preparation: Pre-assess assigned rigs for RHSEI, Well Control, LPD, Corporate, and EPD audits. Support teams in addressing and closing out findings identified by official audit teams.Mentorship & Evaluation: Act as a dedicated mentor to assigned rig foremen regarding all HSE matters. Guide and evaluate rig safety officers to ensure strict compliance with Unconventional Resources (UR) Drilling requirements.Behavioral Safety: Assess rig workers, leaders, and managers on behavioral safety through frequent rig visits, active participation in safety/operations meetings, and on-the-job HSE awareness initiatives.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HSE, Science, Industrial, or a related discipline from an accredited institution (or equivalent).Certifications: Possess a globally recognized international safety certification, such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent.Experience: A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in safety operations within the Oil & Gas industry, including a mandatory minimum of 7 years specifically dedicated to Drilling and Workover operations.Technical Expertise: Deep technical knowledge and proven capability in incident investigation, hazard identification, risk management, emergency preparedness and response, and robust Safety Management Systems.
