The Driver will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles, including trucks where applicable, to transport team members, clients, and materials between properties, offices, and other designated locations. Daily tasks include planning routes, following traffic and safety regulations, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and reporting any required maintenance or repairs. The role also involves supporting the real estate team with timely arrivals to property viewings, pickups and deliveries of documents or promotional materials, and occasional assistance with on-site logistics. The Driver is expected to provide courteous, professional service to clients and colleagues, maintain accurate trip logs, and adhere to company policies and local regulations.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong truck driving skills and experience operating a Truck safely and efficiently.Candidates should possess a valid CDL Class A or equivalent heavy vehicle driving license in the UAE, with a clean driving record.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members, clients, and dispatch.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and a client-focused attitude.Knowledge of Dubai roads, traffic regulations, and safe driving practices.Ability to follow schedules, manage time effectively, and respond to changing priorities.Physical ability to handle light loading and unloading of materials when required.Previous experience as a professional driver, preferably in corporate or logistics environments, is an advantage.Fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are beneficial.
