The Driver will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles, including trucks and ambulances, to transport patients, medical staff, and equipment as required. Day-to-day tasks include following assigned routes and schedules, adhering to traffic and safety regulations, performing basic vehicle inspections, and reporting any maintenance needs. The role also involves communicating clearly with dispatchers, medical personnel, and patients, providing professional and respectful customer service, and maintaining accurate trip logs and documentation. The Driver will work closely with the operations and medical teams to ensure timely, reliable, and safe transport services.Qualifications Strong vehicle operation skills, including Truck Driving and familiarity with Truck handling.Valid CDL Class A or equivalent heavy vehicle license, with a clean driving record.Effective Communication skills for coordinating with dispatch, medical teams, and patients.Customer Service skills to provide calm, respectful, and supportive interaction in medical transport settings.Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes within the Riyadh Region.Ability to remain composed in urgent or stressful situations and follow safety protocols.Basic mechanical awareness to perform routine vehicle checks and report issues promptly.Previous experience in medical transport, logistics, or professional driving is an advantage.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
