Driver - JNcQUOI

We are looking for a Driver to join the JNcQUOI team and contribute to the exceptional experience we strive to provide to our clients.As a JNcQUOI Driver, you will be responsible for providing a safe, comfortable and seamless transportation experience, always reflecting the high standards of our brand. More than driving, this role requires professionalism, discretion and a genuine understanding of luxury hospitality, ensuring that every interaction with our clients is handled with the utmost care and attention.Your responsibilities:Plan and coordinate client journeys according to their requests, schedules and itineraries;Organize and anticipate special transportation requests, ensuring a seamless and personalized service;Pick up and transport clients safely, comfortably and punctually;Provide a warm, professional and discreet service throughout every journey;Ensure the vehicle is always clean, presentable and in excellent condition;Carry out routine checks and coordinate any necessary maintenance;Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Lisbon, including key locations, hotels, restaurants, cultural attractions and leisure activities;Anticipate clients' needs and provide relevant local information whenever appropriate;Represent the JNcQUOI brand with professionalism and attention to detail at all times.

Requirements

2–3 years of previous experience as a Driver, preferably within luxury hospitality, hotels, private chauffeur services or a similar high-end environment;Fluent English and Portuguese is mandatory, knowledge of additional languages will be highly valued;Valid driving licence and excellent driving skills, with a strong focus on safety, comfort and responsible driving;Impeccable and well-groomed personal presentation, in line with the standards of a luxury hospitality environment;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact naturally and professionally with a discerning international clientele;Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality;High attention to detail and a proactive, service-oriented mindset;Flexibility regarding schedules and availability, according to client and business needs.If you identify with these values and are passionate about delivering an exceptional level of service, we would be delighted to hear from you.
