DROOL GROUPJob Title: Driver (Pet Transport & Animal Services)Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Employment Type: Full-time About UsWe are one of the UAE's fastest growing and leading pet services groups, bringing together grooming, boarding, daycare, training, transportation, retail, and veterinary care within an integrated network of facilities across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.Our philosophy is built on service excellence, operational discipline, innovation, and genuine care for every pet and pet parent we serve.We are looking for a responsible, compassionate, and reliable Pet Transport & Animal Services Driver to join our team and play an essential role in ensuring the safe, comfortable, and timely transportation of pets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.Job OverviewThe Pet Transport & Animal Services Driver is responsible for safely transporting pets between clients' homes, veterinary clinics, grooming salons, boarding facilities, airports, and other designated locations.The ideal candidate enjoys working with animals, follows strict safety and hygiene standards, demonstrates excellent driving skills, and always represents the company professionally.Key ResponsibilitiesPet Transportation & Animal HandlingSafely transport pets to and from designated locations.Ensure pets are securely restrained and transported comfortably.Handle animals gently and confidently in accordance with company procedures.Monitor pets during transit for signs of stress, discomfort, or illness.Maintain a calm, safe, and comfortable environment throughout the journey.Assist with loading and unloading pets, carriers, and transport crates.Follow all company animal welfare policies and standard operating procedures.Vehicle Safety & MaintenancePerform daily vehicle inspections, including cleanliness, fuel level, air conditioning, and safety equipment.Maintain high standards of vehicle cleanliness and sanitation.Ensure transport crates, carriers, leashes, and related equipment are clean and safe before each trip.Report mechanical issues, accidents, or delays immediately.Drive responsibly and comply with all road safety regulations.Customer Service & CommunicationDeliver professional, courteous, and friendly customer service.Verify pet identity and service details during pickup and drop-off.Communicate delays, incidents, or special instructions promptly to the Operations team.Respond to customer inquiries politely and professionally.Represent the company with integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude.Operational ComplianceFollow assigned routes, schedules, and dispatch instructions.Comply with UAE traffic laws and company safety policies.Maintain accurate trip records and service confirmations.Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions. Qualifications & RequirementsValid UAE driving licence with a clean driving record.Previous professional driving experience is required.Experience handling animals is preferred.Comfortable handling pets of various sizes, breeds, and temperaments.Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.Comfortable using smartphone applications for navigation and work updates.Physically fit and able to lift transport crates and safely handle animals.
